Diagnostic fee in Manhattan
The diagnostic visit is $120 per appliance, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. HVAC and commercial visits are priced separately. You approve an exact estimate before any work starts, and repairs carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (1 year on sealed-system repairs).
