We check the filter and drain path, drain and circulation pumps, water inlet valve, heater, float switch and controls, then give you an exact estimate before any work starts.

We service built-in dishwashers. We do not repair portable dishwashers.
Price and warranty
The diagnostic visit is $90 ($120 in Manhattan) per appliance, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. After the diagnosis you get an exact estimate for parts, labor and tax to approve before any work starts. Repairs carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (1 year on sealed-system repairs).
Common questions
My dishwasher won't drain. What can I check first?
Clean the filter at the bottom of the tub and make sure the sink drain is clear. If water still stands, the drain pump or the drain hose is the usual cause.
