What we service

Paperwork
We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your building. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, checks and cash.
Price and warranty
The commercial diagnostic visit is $120 ($160 in Manhattan) per unit, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. You approve an exact estimate before any work starts. Repairs carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (1 year on sealed-system repairs).
