Price and warranty
The diagnostic visit is $90 ($120 in Manhattan) per appliance, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to go ahead. After the diagnosis you get an exact estimate for parts, labor and tax to approve before any work starts. Repairs carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (1 year on sealed-system repairs).

My washer shows an error code. Can you fix it over the phone?
The code points in a direction, but the same code can come from several parts. We confirm the cause with a diagnosis first, so you only pay for the part you need.
Is a noisy spin worth repairing?
Often yes. Worn shock absorbers or a drive problem are common and affordable. Failed tub bearings cost more, and we'll tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.
