Clear pricing from the start: you know the diagnostic fee before we come and approve every repair before we start.
Diagnostic visit
- Home appliances: $90, or $120 in Manhattan
- HVAC (mini-splits, central air, heat pumps): $120, or $160 in Manhattan
- Commercial appliances and HVAC: $120, or $160 in Manhattan
The fee is per unit, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to go ahead.
Repair estimate
After the diagnosis you get an exact estimate for parts, labor and tax. Nothing is done until you approve it.
Discounts

Just mention the discount when you book.
Warranty
Repairs carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty (1 year on sealed-system repairs).
